What’s included in my party?
At Jabbers Play, your party package comes with a lot built-in:
- Admission for all party guests and unlimited play time on our play floor after your party (during-hours parties).
- Use of a private party room for either 1 hour or 2 hours, depending on your package(during-hours parties).
- Set-up and clean-up.
- Basic decorations: includes white tablecloths, a birthday banner, or if you choose, you can upgrade to a themed party décor (for an extra fee) or pick two party colors to coordinate.
- Plates, napkins, utensils, candles, lighter, and cake cutter. *We do not provide cups*
- A party host to assist with set up and clean up, and anything in between.
What should I tell my guests about attending?
- Socks are required for all children entering the play area.
- A waiver must be signed prior to admission (for each child/guardian). A parent/guardian (18+ years) must accompany and supervise children at all times.
- Please avoid bringing outside food or drinks unless approved (for “During Hours” parties: only pizza, cake/cupcakes, ice cream, water & baby food — no other outside food or drinks.
- If you have a private rental, outside food and drink is permitted — please just no glass containers.
When should I invite my guests?
We recommend inviting your guests at least 30 minutes before your party time so that they have plenty of time to arrive before your party time.
Can I bring food to my party?
For During Hours Parties, outside food and drinks are limited to:
- Pizza (can be delivered)
- Cake, cupcakes, ice cream
- Water and baby food
All other food and drinks must be ordered through Jabbers’ Birthday Catering Menu.

For Private Party Rentals, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, since the facility is closed to the public during your event. Please note — no glass containers or additional outside snacks/drinks are allowed
How soon can my guests come?
- Please invite your guests at least 30 minutes before your party’s scheduled time. They are welcome to play in our facility until your party time.
How early can I get in the room to decorate?
For during-hours parties you may enter your party room 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and decorate. If you need extra time, please contact us in advance to check for availability.
For Before Hours Private Rentals on Sundays you may request up to 30 minutes before your party to decorate our main floor. Please let us know before your party day so that we can accommodate.
For After Hours Private Rentals we allow some decor while we are still open to the public, however, some things may need to wait until we are closer to closing. Please speak to your party host upon arrival for more details.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! Feel free to bring your own decorations, tablecloths, or themed items. Please use only our magnet hanging areas (no tape, pushpins or confetti). Balloons are allowed if they are kept in a bundle. Please do not release them into our party room or facility, they get tangled in our rafters.
What if I need help decorating?
You can absolutely bring your own decorations, and Jabbers provides the basic room set-up as part of the package (tablecloths, banner, tableware). Our staff is not available for major party decorating, all decor assembly needs to occur before you arrive at your party.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party time. This amount goes toward your final balance. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received. Your party deposit can be transferred as store credit if you end up cancelling your party.
Can I purchase Cakepops for my party?
Yes! We offer Cake Pops from NanaPops that can be added to your booking. These delicious, locally made treats are available in assorted flavors and can be ordered during the booking process.
Can I hire a character to attend my party?
Outside characters or entertainers are welcome! Characters who are attending during-hours parties need to enter in from our back entrance and remain in the party room (please do not bring them onto our main floor during hours)
Just let our staff know ahead of time so we can coordinate letting them into the facility. Characters attending private parties are welcome to enter our main floor during private time only.
What does your catering offer?
We have a full Birthday Catering Menu available to make your celebration stress-free! Options include:
- Sandwich Platters (6 Turkey & Cheddar, Ham & Swiss, or Mixed) cut in half
- Chicken Nuggets (40-count)
- Grilled Cheese or PB&J quarters
- Juice and Snack Bundles (chips, Gogurts, cheese sticks, pudding, and drinks)
- Soda bundles
- Drip coffee
All food orders must be placed 3 days before your party.
Please note: No additional outside food or drink (other than pizza or water) is permitted during regular hours, except cake or cupcakes.
What if we have more guests than planned?
Each package includes a set number of children. If more guests attend, a small additional fee per child will apply. Please give us a heads-up so we can make sure your space is comfortable for everyone. Private rentals do not apply.
How does my party host work?
For your “During Hours Party” package:
- Your package includes admission for up to 10 kids (charge for additional children) 1 or 2 hours in a private party room, unlimited play time on our play floor, set-up and clean-up, decorations, plates/napkins/utensils, and candles.
- A staff member will have the room ready based on the decor package you selected and let you know when your party room is ready.
- They will check on you several times throughout your party, deliver any catering orders, and make sure you have everything you need, plates, napkins, a lighter, cake cutter, etc.,
- They will also let you know when your party time is coming to an end, take care of clean-up and help carry presents out, as well be the one who rings upi your total after your party is complete. The remainder of your bill is due at the end of your party time.
What child ages can attend?
- The ideal children ages for parties and our play floor are 1 year to 9 years old (babies under 12 months are welcome and not included in the count)
- However, we understand your family and friends may want to bring their older children. If children who are above 9 years old and want to play in our facility, they are considered in our party count, but please make sure they are aware of smaller children on the facility playground especially coming down our slide or in our play structure. If they do not wish to play, you can let your host know they are not a part of the party attendees.
- Please remember, children must wear socks, be supervised, walk (i.e., no running) etc.
Can I give out party favors?
Yes — you may bring your own party favors to distribute after your party when your guests are ready to leave. Please do not hand out party favors to be opened on our main play floor. You can also set up parry favors on the counter near the exit for them to grab on their way out.
What if I want to extend my party?
Need to reschedule?
We know life happens! If you need to reschedule, your $50 deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred as store credit toward play admission or a rescheduled party.
Please reach out as soon as possible so we can help find a new date that works for you.
What if we need to cancel?
If you must cancel your party, your deposit is non-refundable, but you can use it as credit toward future play or party bookings
